1. Overview

AISkillsIndia.in sells digital educational products including project code packs, viva question banks, practical file templates, and study bundles. Because these are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows.

2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered (i.e., once the download link has been accessed or the GitHub repository access has been granted).

This policy exists because:

  • Digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed
  • The full value of the product is immediately available to the buyer upon delivery
  • Allowing refunds after access would enable misuse

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following specific situations:

  • Technical delivery failure: You paid successfully but did not receive your download link or repository access within 30 minutes
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error
  • Product mismatch: The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@aiskillsindia.in within 48 hours of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. Refunds under valid exceptions will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before payment is processed: You may abandon your cart at any time — no charge will be made
  • After payment is processed: Orders cannot be cancelled once a digital product has been delivered
  • Subscription services (if applicable): Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds for unused days

5. Course or Cohort Cancellations

For live cohort programmes (e.g., pre-board revision batches):

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the cohort start date: Full refund
  • Cancellation within 7 days of cohort start: 50% refund
  • Cancellation after the cohort has begun: No refund
