AISkillsIndia.in sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is no physical shipping involved in any transaction on this website.
2. Delivery Method
All purchases are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods, depending on the product type:

3. What You Need to Receive Your Order
- A valid email address (used at checkout)
- For GitHub-access products: a GitHub account username provided at checkout
- Stable internet access to download your files
4. Delivery Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
- High transaction volume during peak exam seasons
- Technical issues with the payment gateway or email service
If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at support@aiskillsindia.in with your order ID and payment confirmation. We will manually process your delivery within 2 hours of receiving your message.
5. Re-delivery
If your download link has expired or you have lost access, we will re-issue it once upon request, provided the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, re-delivery is at our discretion.
6. International Access
Our digital products are accessible globally. However, AISkillsIndia.in is designed for CBSE students in India, and all content is aligned with the Indian curriculum. Payment is processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
